[Biturbos4] Unholy smoke

The big thing I'd stress here is that the turbos in stock form aren't
unreliable, especially when you take precautions like letting them warm up
and cool down. I would not chalk this repair up as another notch against
their favor, more a precautionary shotgun approach to repairs, as $5k
worth of work really costs a lot less than the potential of you visiting
them three more times and being dissatisfied with each. Just my opinion on
that.
