[Biturbos4] Rear Suspension Rattle (was: Dealer excuses...)

I know, I just felt the need to vent and inform the Audi community. I'll probably just end up showing them the pictures, and the video clip of the loose pad if needed, ask them to fix it under warranty politely and call it a day.
I'd love to go ballastic on them, as they've pissed me off on 3 occasions with regards to warranty repairs. But I'd hate for them to scratch up my car or do other funny stuff to it. But I think I'll chat with my salesman, not sure what he can/will do, but I gotta tell someone at the dealer!
One thing I really don't get is that, we owners are sort of free mobile advertising agents for car manufacturers. When other people see us driving Audis that're still under warranty (in my case) with that loud annoying rattle, shouldn't Audi and their dealers be concerned? It's an embarassment to the brand to allow customer drive off with strange noises and stuff.
