[Biturbos4] Turbo questions

While I just sold mine (this week), it had 78k and the turbos were as 
quiet the day I sold them as the day I bought it.

Mobile 1 2x/year.
warm it up when cold.
cool it down when hot
and leave off the chips - that's not the design load
