[Biturbos4] Suspension upgrade

I'm sure you'll get a lot of recommendations.  I have H&R Streets on
my '00 S4 Sedan and am quite happy with them.  They satisfy my main
gripe with the stock suspension, which is squat and dive during
starts and stops.  Ride is firmed up without being too harsh.  IMO,
they live up to their name--perfect for the street.

I'm not sure if it applies to other brands, but H&R Streets reuse some
parts from the stock suspension.  Sorry, I can't name the parts.  The
kit, basically, comes with dampers and springs.  While I had a tuner
install my kit, I've seen instructions on the web, and I believe any
reasonably competent mechanic could do it.
