None of those directly affect the basic problem.

You'll never see coking unless you crawl inside the turbo bearing where 
the temps go very, very high. Not a chance in a million inside the 
valve cover.

Well, that makes it sound like its not a misbehaving thermostat/etc., 
btu maybe a clogged radiator (odd, never heard of it on a recent audi) 
or a weak water pump that doesnt move enough water (ditto).
