[Biturbos4] K04 and turbo lag

So the K03 kicks in about 1800 rpm ...

Isn't the K04 something like 3500 rpm before boost
kicks in?

I like the snappy feel of the stock K03 (not saying I
wouldn't go the K04 route when the time comes), it
gives the car a very quick feel.  Is that sacrificed
in the K04 setup?
