[Biturbos4] Battery is not maintenance free

I just remembered one of the most often overlooked maintenance item on the
S4 that I was shown during training.

The battery electrolyte level.

I believe it even talks about it in the owners manual. You have to remove
the caps and inspect the fluid level and refill it with distilled water.
It is not maint free, and this is the #1 cause for the batteries to fail 3
years into their life.

This is no joke .. and when I pulled my dead battery out, there was maybe
half the electrolyte levels that there was supposed to be. This was when a
fellow mechanic pointed out my own lack of maint and sure enough..

Ordinary distilled water is all you need, and a small quantity at that.

I don't think -any- tech ever does this during shceduled maintenance. And
it's normal for water to evaporate out over time.
