[Biturbos4] Fitting cruise control?

All north American S4s have cruise control.  Even the most basic A4
has them.  But not so on cars sold in other markets.

Do you have a (post-1999) drive-by-wire car?  If so all the hardware is
already there.  You you can simply enable it with VAG-COM.
