Yeah it is. Of course, the reason it works on the test mule
so well is because it's black. Pretty much turns the grille
into a carrier for the OOOO. If I were to consider a new A or S
anything (not likely, not in the budget), I'd now insist on black
or dolphin grey and black out the chrome on the grille. I'd do the
same for the new Golf/Jetta too, as VAG seems to have adopted
the "startled fish look" a.k.a. someone just goosed Nemo, 
for the entire line....
