[Biturbos4] Intermittent Cruise Control (was: Dashboard center display)

Hey Guys!

I have what seems to be an intermittent problem with the "Resume" on my
cruise control stalk (only works 1 out of every 10 times to either "resume"
or "tap up"), and wondered if it could be cured with this DeoxIT (aka
Cramolin)?  To try it, how would I even get to the contacts?  Is there a way
to take the cruise stalk apart to get at the "Resume | On | Off" slider
switch?
