Your camber sounds good, and desirable, even. I don't think it's
responsible for the wear on the inside edge. From what you just wrote, it
sounds like you have /positive/ toe ... your toe shouldn't really exceed
zero, so with what you've got I'll bet your steering wheel doesn't
self-center very well at speed. Positive toe can definitely wear on the
insides of your tire, and also make your car "darty" on the highway. Feels
great on the track but not so good on the tire wear.

You can adjust the camber a little bit. You have to loosen the subframe
and take a big prybar to shift the subframe around on the mounts while
it's on the alignment rack.

I'll be honest when I say my experience with adjusting S4 suspension is
not that great. I've done it on my own and a few others, and that's about
it. Custom Alignment, in Mountain View, California .. if you're anywhere
near there .. would be able to work some magic on your car if there is a
problem.
