Are those Kumho Ecsta 712's? I had those once. Worst tire I've ever used,
and one of the cheapest too. In addition to strange wear issues, they
squealed like a stuck pig if you just drove next to a bend in the road. I
kept wondering if they just needed to be broken in. They never 'broke in'
and instead dissapointed me severly. Are they doing this only in the
front, or at all four corners?
