[Biturbos4] Help with a few fault codes

$28 Cdn doesn't sound too bad for the TBB.  As far as the clamps are
concerned, the 2 smaller ones are not that important.  I'm not even
sure they've been updated.  I believe a majority of the tears happen
under the big clamp, so you'll definitely want the updated version.

I thought you said the car was still under warranty?  So, why the
concern over the cost?  Are you investigating the possibility of
having the dealer replace the TBB even though it may not be torn?
