Oil is good?
OK, seriously:
-change it "frequently" (e.g.: 2x manufacturer's spec; 3500 for dino;
5000 for syn)
-use synthetic to fight coking - #1 turbo killer
If the engine is in good overall condition, there should be little
difference between oil for a new and old car.
I believe the best balance between fast, cold flowing and higher temp
protection is Mobil 1 5W-30 or similar.
Coking numbers >100C better than typical oil.
