As I understand it the X in the suffix means "exchange", basically it
requires the original (failed) part be returned.  It doesn't _necessarily_
mean it's remanufactured.  Since your car was serviced at the dealer it's
of no consequence.  If you were buying this part from the parts counter
then you'd have to pay an extra core charge, and then that core charge will
be refunded back to you when you bring back the old part.
