[Biturbos4] Latest on tires

I have to agree with the 'Good for a year' opinion on Goodyears in general,
but the F1 GS-D3 is NOT in the same category.  They are excellent tires in
my experience (never thought I'd say that about a Goodyear EVER) and happen
to be made in Germany

Hate Goodyear's...for me, they've only been good for about a year...I guess
that's why they call them that.  Personally, I prefer the SO-3's.  Have them
on the Audi and the Porsche.  Only other tire I could recommend is the
Michelin Pilot Sport.
