Hi Chris -

I can recommend Shine Racing Service in Walpole (about 30-45 minutes 
South of Boston) for everything from routine maintenance to track 
setup.  They can be reached at http://www.srsvw.com, or 508-660-7974.  
As my S4 is still under warranty I haven't had them do anything to 
*that* car yet, but they do deal in S4s a lot and I've been satisfied 
with the work that I've had them do on my former car ('96 GTI VR6).

I've also heard good things about Brian's Garage in Needham 
(http://www.briansgarage.com, about 20 minutes west of Boston) but 
haven't had them do anything significant to my car yet.
