[Biturbos4] Do sway bars weaken over time - or am I used to it . . .

I Know I need to replace the bushings on my Neuspeed sway bar as I hear/feel
some slop back there.  But I wondered if a couple years of hard work
severely reduces (weakens) the effectiveness of a bar like this Neuspeed
item ??
