[Biturbos4] Winter tyres

I've run quite a few as I noted.

AT Italia S5.  Ronal R28, 38, R7 (all must be 35mm offset, dont get me 
started on wrong offset, but this appears to be mainly benign); Mille 
Miglia Spyder.  Almost any BBS with the right offset. A62.7t factory 
snows.

I sold two sets just last year.
