[Biturbos4] Winter tyres

I'm running 205/55/16 Vredestein WinTracs on Mille Miglia Spyder wheels 
on my '01 S4 Avant. These V rated tires are great in packed snow and 
ice conditions that I normally encounter in daily urban driving in 
Minneapolis. Had them 2 seasons and wear is minimal, quiet at hiway 
speeds and dry handling doesn't suffer dramatically. It seems the 
Scandinavians know how to make winter performance tires although 
Vredesteins are somewhat hard to find.
