IIRC, Ti had an issue where he connected VAG-COM and did a diagnostic on 
the display.  Again, IIRC, all all pixels of the display lit up during the 
diagnostic test, but still there were issues with the display.  I wonder 
if there is any update there.

This reminds me to run the diag on my display and see how that goes.
