[Biturbos4] Spark Plug Recommendations

The thing that's rather shocking is how often you have to replace them.
They're double platinum, but the dealers will change em out every 20-25k
miles to get rid of misfires, and they don't exactly have a reputation for
doing things needlessly.
Recently I heard some more light shed on the super expensive iridium plugs.
The opinion was that they can handle the high heat from turbo engines that
platinum plugs can't, and as such last 100k miles. I have no idea on the
credibility of this idea, anyone else?
