Turns out my prob was TWO bad bypass valves. The throttle response is
_much_ smoother now...
Now I have to attack all the other issues. More posts coming!
Thx
Brandon

Hi guys,
Firstly, Brandon - stick with it, once the issues are ironed out you'll
love the car. Every time I walk past mine I want to either stroke it or
take it for a drive :).

Hrm - this rang slight bells, though given you're thinking in terms of
bypass valves, I guess it's not quite the same thing. The problem I have
is that if you're driving slowly with your foot off the gas, you then
can't put your foot on the gas without it suddenly lurching forward;
it's as if the first 1% of throttle travel is very sensitive. I'd always
just thought this was the way it was.
Cheers
Rich
