[Biturbos4] FS: RS4 shift knob and AWE Center vent boost gauge

I'd be interested in the vent pod itself, but not the gauge, if you only want to
part with the bits you can't use, or someone else here wants the gauge.

On that note, anyone care to help me figure out how I can mount a few gauges? I
figure two in the vents and one on the steering wheel, but I haven't seen any actual
installs of the latter. TIA
