[Biturbos4] EPC Light on dash

I knew about 2 faulty O2 sensors for some time now... but anyways, here are
all the codes listed:

17521 - O2 Sensor B1 S1 (P1113)
17539 - O2 Sensor B2 S1 (P1131)
16684 - Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire (P0300)
16688 - Cylinder 4 Misfire (P0304)
18098 - Malfunction Indicator Light (K83) P1690
18084 - EPC Warning Light (K132) P1676
