[Biturbos4] 2002 S6 Avant rear rotors

I recall a photo  where an audi s4 owner used a  puller to get the rotor 
off. I found that amusing, but I guess it works.   I've been using the 2 
pound dead blow hammer for years. that seems to work quite well.
