[Biturbos4] new guy on the list

The tests - e.g.: get it in the air and see if you can force it to move 
with a pry bar - pretty much always work. The problem is that you have 
no point of reference, so might overlook it.

Sounds like a tie rod to me.  Could be upper control arm/link.
