[Biturbos4] Gas gauge weirdness

Thanks Steven for your advice of the how to fix the problem of gas
gauge weirdness. That is way over my head, but at least I know what to say
to my mechanic, as the problem has reoccurred. Guess it is the power of
suggestion.
