What does your boost gauge tell you? What is your max reading as compared to when it pulls harder? If it is lower, then your system is limiting boost for some reason. It could be a boost leak (check throttle body boot, diverter valves, and intercooler hoses for leaks), a sensor (MAF, EGT, or O2), or mechanical (wastegate lines, N75, or other).
