[Biturbos4] After market intake for S4

The issue is over-oiling the filter, and the oil flowing out downstream and
fouling the MAF. They come pre-oiled and the issue will only surface after
a cleaning (10K miles). It's easy to over-oil... it's human nature (if some
is good, more is better).

When doing my own or clients filters, I generally take it off, clean it, air
dry it for several hours. Oil it before I go to bed, and let it sit on rags
overnight to allow any excess oil to leach out. Never had a MAF problem due
to oil.

It's worth noting that the MAFs on the S4s are prone to failure naturally.
Once the original has been replaced, they seem to last longer (updated
design or manufacturing perhaps?).
Ross-Tech.com's FAQ/wiki has the Vag-Com procedure listed to check the MAF.
