[Biturbos4] Annoying Issues with 2001 S4 6-spd

You have to break down the problem to mechanical or electrical. Is the
computer holding the boost back, and if so... why?

Is there a physical issue (boost leak, failing turbo, bad sensor, etc.)?

Check for faults. Make or buy (AWE sells them) a kit to pressurize the
system and check for leaks. A smoke machine helps here, too.

It sounds as if your car is fairly modified. Increasing the boost pressures
increases the likelyhood of a failure (leaks, etc.), so an experienced
methodical approach is necessary. Don't take anything for granted!

This isn't something you can diagnose over the internet... we can only give
you procedural suggestions.

Good luck,
Mark Rosenkrantz
