[Biturbos4] boost problems w/ apr chip

while it's not likely, you could check with another gauge or vag-com.

If you continue to be limited to 12psi, it may be a leak.   If you 
continue to  push the limits of your boost and only make 12 psi, and have 
a leak, you may be in for an expensive repair.

perhaps it's time to do a smoke test.
