[Biturbos4] Trailer hitch wiring

You absolutely need the converter box.  Easiest way to wire it at the
driver's rear tail light.  I attach them to the navigation/cd changer
bracket and the +12V wire can be easily lead along the driver's side to the
fuse box.  Stow the harness in with the spare tire and just run it out when
needed.
