[Biturbos4] Detecting "limp" mode?

chris,
1. Is the lower PSI when the car is cold? or is your oil up to temp?
2. my understanding of limp mode (or what i've experienced in my car which
appears to be limping) is 10VAC, less than zero on gauge.
3. i haven't heard of coming out of limp without restarting the ECU (car
off/on), but that's not to say it's impossible.
