[Biturbos4] Detecting "limp" mode?

On block 93, the CF for bank 1 is consistently 0, and bank 2 is pegged
at -7. Looks like there's something up in bank 2.
Block 92 shows "cam control" always off, and the CF adjustment wavers
between 0 and -1. This was a grocery run, so I didn't get any WOT
action or RPM > 4000, so the data may be limited in that regard.
Looking in Bentley, it seems like the place to start is to pull the
bank 2 hall sender and see if the rotor has been positioned on the
camshaft correctly. That looks straight-forward enough.
What are your thoughts?
