[Biturbos4] Rebuilding/Rebuilt ECU

I blew the POS (power output stage) on my 2000 S4 and when it blew it took out the ignition control section of my ECU (so says the stealer).
 
So they are quoting $800+ dollars for a new ECU, I was wondering if anyone out there knows of a place that sells rebuilt ECUs or better yet, fix mine since it was "flash chipped" :)
