[Biturbos4] B5 S4 brakes

It's a two-hole set-up, not like the older Audis.  Some people sell a cheap tool with 
multiple two-hole patterns to fit different cars, but I didn't have much luck with that. 
Ideally you want a tool that turns and pushes -- I ended up using a copy of the factory 
tool -- although plenty of people get by without that.
