[Biturbos4] Tyres

The 2000 through 2002 (US) bi-turbo S4 was the B5 model.  The 2004 and
early 2005 S4's (again - US) were B6's.  Late 2005 through 2008 are B7's.

Back to the 235/45-17's, I was specific in mentioning the Michelin Pilot
Sports.  I've heard other tires of the same nominal size won't fit on the
stock (unlowered) suspension mounted on the stock Avus wheels.  All
235/45-17's are not created equal, or any other sizes for that matter.
