A compression check would tell you for sure it's not a head gasket.
However the compression check won't show blown turbos.
The PCV clogging is new to me, but I'm glad I learned something new.
Please let us know what this problem turns out to be for you. I'm sure
we are all curious now.

No. Thank God.
I actually live just two minutes from the freeway, so I'm espescially
mindful in these cold New England motors to get on slow and let things
warm up a bit before I start boosting.

:Did you get hard on the boost when cold? That's death for any turbo

:I hope not, but the turbos are the most fragile part of the 2.7 motor.
