I think frequency of oil changes was discussed on this list a while 
back--In fact, I might have brought it up.

Mark, I don't think there's any harm in changing more often than not, but 
if I remember the previous thread on the topic, I think most folks were 
changing around 6K or 7K.

I'm more likely to start moving to every 5K now that I have 100K on my 
car.
