[Biturbos4] 3 Years Later was: Broke headlight wash cover on bumper

Three years ago, in Jan. of '05, I posted the following:

:After one of our bad snow/sleet/ice storms last week, I went out to the
:parking lot at work to uncover my car. While using the ice scraper to
:clear the bumper of ice, I popped off the cover the my driver-side
:headlight wash cover, breaking half of the black bracket underneath which
:hinges the cover on.

:It's not a big deal, but I'd like to get this fixed. I had thought about
:using super-glue to attach the broken piece back on, but thought that if
:that gave somehow, I'd loose the cover and be miffed.

:Any suggestions on how to go about fixing this? Is it possible to just
:buy the black washer pump outlet and replace it?

Yesterday, after a bad snow storm here in the North East, while scraping
ice off the bumper and all the time thinking, "I need to be careful not to
get too close to the headlight wash cover", my ice scraper slipped on the
ice and popped the cover off and, *again* broke off half of the black
bracket underneath which the cover hinges on. This time, however, I don't
have the part that broke off.

While everything still functions well, this is asthetically unapealing,
and I want to get it fixed.

My question again (3 years later--last time I was able to repair it): Is
it possible to buy the black washer pump outlet and replace it? Has
anyone done it? Is it difficult? Given what I'm seeing where it's
located in the bumper, I'm guessing the answer to this last question is
"yes".

Gawd, it rains when it pours: first the smoke from the tail-pipe (last
week), and now this... I hope everything comes in twos and not threes.

Thanks,

Aurangzeb
