[Biturbos4] Value of S4 w/ Blown Turbo(s)?

Did you guys know that the B5-S4 is eligible for the $4500 "cash for clunkers" trade-in program? According to fueleconomy.gov, the "combined" rating is 18mpg, right at the limit...
Purely hypothetical situation: what's a B5-S4 worth with blown turbos? Reason I ask, my '00 has 125k miles with the original turbos. Knock on wood, it's running fine, no problems at all, no indications of any pending issues, and I really have no plans to sell it. But it's got 9 years on it this month and I'm doing some mental math to wonder if I should keep the car until it done blowed up, or maybe start looking for a replacement while it's running well. I don't think I'll have a lot of motivation to repair/upgrade it should a turbo call it quits (see prior email vis-a-vis no motivation to install exhaust) so its value to me is for as-is, where-is.
Here's an interesting situation. Did you know that if you trade in your car under the "cash for clunkers" program that the dealer gets $4500 from the gubmint, and he is free to keep any profits from the sale of the "scrap" to a junkyard? Further, that dealer is also explicitly allowed to disassemble the car to whatever extent he feels so motivated, and resell those parts and keep the those profits as well, as long as the engine block and chassis (ONLY!) are certified as crushed? This, of course, gets the gears to turning about how one may be able to negotiate either an increased trade-in value for a car, sharing those profits with the dealer... also makes one wonder what the salvage value of all the parts of a good-condition B5-S4 is, minus engine block and chassis... It would be a PERFECT scenario if the car had blown turbos...
Just thinking out loud...
