[Biturbos4] Recommended service schedule

I figured 105 was too late and 60k may be too early in most cases.  I
chose the 90k interval but am doing it a little early.

In the official factory repair manual, it was listed as 105k, but then 
superceded with an asterisk to 60k for nearly all models and years of 
the C5 and B5 cars, apparently because of premature failures.
