Did APR flash your chip or solder a socket in place? Usually, at least lately, they prefer to flash the program, which obviously wouldn't cause your ECU problem. Also, your 18010 - Power Supply Terminal 30: Voltage too Low is due to you swapping out the ECU and is not a problem. 

You not being able to connect to the ECU doesn't sound good, though.
