Same situation that I had with GIAC last year. They replaced the defective board. This is a HUGE legal liability for aftermkt chip manufacturers. Shoddy solder work could cost them $$$ - if someone gets KILLED because their soldered ECU fails!!!

Can't really, Joel; that's all I was told. However, since it was covered under warranty, I can only infer it was a problem with whatever module(s) they solder onto the stock ECU's board...

Reinstalled it last night, works great, no codes. <shrug>
