[Biturbos4] Engine temps and Headlights

No real longer term issues other than poor fuel economy (-2 mpg), and 
lack of heat in the cabin.

Try  blocking some  air from the radiator for now...just keep an eye on 
engine temps to make sure you
did not block off too much and cause an overheat condition.  Most large 
diesel trucks do this all winter long.
