[Biturbos4] Misfire

Hey there...

I'm not sure if the $315 was supposed to be a joke? The stock plug
should be available for under $20 pretty much anywhere. Last time I
paid $13 each at the dealer. A year ago they were $11 each.

Audi Parts Superstore sells them for $16 each.

as mentioned, buy a set at ECS for $70. (less than $12 ea)

If your dealer gives you some crazy price, be unimpressed and ask them to
try again. They can discount considerably on most anything. The
difference between the ECS plugs above and the dealer plugs is an audi
logo stamp. the plug is otherwise the same.

Misfires:
If plugs and coils are expected to be good, consider trying some fuel
injector cleaner. I have good luck using the RedLine S1 ( i buy it by
the case from IO Port Racing) but other products also do a good job.

It is quite common that a bottle of Redline S1 or simliar can clean the
injectors sufficiently to address the occasional misfire condition.

The Audi S4 User manual states that a clener should be used on a regular
basis. If you are not doing this, give it a try and see if the misfire
condition clears.

Good luck.
