[Biturbos4] E-85 Ethanol

You need to retune for E85. E85 does not create as much energy as
gasoline so the mixture needs to be richer. VAST sells a kit for E85
that includes new injectors, tune and fuel pressure regulator
Other then that, it will work fine but with the tune you need to
always run E85.
Gas milage goes down to about 15 mpg as well.
