www.ddmtuning.com has kits with bulbs and ballasts cheap.  I did that in
my car when the ballast went out and then sold my working stock ballast
for more than it cost me to upgrade to 8000k bulbs and ballasts.  I had
to get 9006 headlight pigtails and splice them in, and them make
mounting plates out of plexiglass to fit the bottom of the light.  For
my hour of labor it was worth it to save the money and have bright
lights.
