[Biturbos4] strange engine sound

Nicholas:
                 When my timing belt was replaced, a hose about an inch to
two inches behind the right headlight was left loose and made some very
weird noises, of which woosh could describe it.  I suspect that there is
similar hardware on the left side also.   Just an idea.  Car did not run
strong at all either.
